I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new and future sponsors to the Brisbane Central Futsal Club for the upcoming season.

In 2014 the Brisbane Central Futsal Club had a membership base of 70 teams with over 350 players. That consisted of over 350 senior players and over 12 junior players and growing. In recent years the club has participated in various Competitions & been very successful winning many Tournaments.

Brisbane Central Futsal has launched a major fund-raising campaign. We request your support through sponsorship for our futsal venue and for one or more of our Futsal teams.

We have put together sponsorship packages that cover all of our senior teams, being A, B or C Grade, as well as packages for our junior teams. Your sponsorship dollars go towards providing our members with new equipment, clothing, player opportunities to participate in Tournaments and also to upgrade our facilities. We strongly believe that our sponsorship packages are a mutually successful arrangement and therefore we are keen to see that your business gets the exposure and support from our Club that it deserves.

The packages attached to this letter are a guide to the levels of sponsorship available with our club. We would love the opportunity to discuss these packages with you and tailor a package that works for your business.

Platinum Club Sponsorship

$3000-$5000 Yearly fee for a 3 year period.
  • Naming rights for the front of Euro Futsal School jerseys and Two senior team jerseys at Club Competitions (width 30cm).
  • Naming rights for the front of senior team jerseys at other major Tournaments (width 30cm).
  • Naming rights for the sleeve of the Staff Uniforms (width 10cm).
  • Business Logo featured on our website as the club sponsor with link to your website.
  • Business Logo featured on our Facebook page as the club sponsor for a year.
  • Company Logo displayed in the club as a sign or on the padded area.
  • Promotion of your business within the club and at any club events.
  • Logo on club flyers/Media for 1 year.

The Platinum Club Sponsorship Package will allow your business access to the maximum amount of exposure offered by the Club.
The Club is involved in various competitions during the year locally.

Gold Sponsorship

$1500-$2500 Yearly fee for a 3 year period.
  • Business Logo included on the back of Euro Futsal School jerseys and one senior team jerseys at Club Competitions (width 25cm).
  • Business Logo featured on our website as a club Gold Sponsor with link to your website.
  • Business Logo featured on our Facebook page as the club sponsor for 3 Year.
  • Company Logo displayed on the club padded wall or as a sign.
  • Promotion of your business within the club and at any club events.
  • Other entitlements as negotiated and discussed.
The Gold Sponsorship Package will allow your business access to the maximum amount of exposure offered by the Club. The Club is involved in various competitions during the year locally. Your business will have the opportunity to be exposed to many people throughout our local area.

Silver Sponsorship

$700-$1000 Yearly fee for a 3 year period.
  • Business Logo on the sleeve of the Staff Uniforms (width 10cm).
  • Business Logo on the sleeve of 1 senior teams jersey at club competition (width 10cm).
  • Business Logo featured on our website as a club Silver Sponsor.
  • Company Logo displayed on benches (width 30cm).
  • Promotion of your business within the club and at any club events.
  • Other entitlements as negotiated and discussed.
The Silver Sponsorship Package will enable your business to access a large amount of exposure. The Club is involved in various competitions during the year locally. Your business will have the opportunity to be exposed to many people throughout our local area.

Junior Sponsorship

$500 Yearly fee for a 3 year period.
  • Naming rights for the front of players Jerseys of a junior futsal team (width 30cm).
  • Business Logo featured on our website as a club Junior Team Sponsor.
  • Company Logo displayed on benches (width 30cm).
  • Promotion of your business within the club and at any club events.
The Junior Team Sponsorship Package will enable your business to access a good amount of exposure. The Club fields approximately 12 junior players every weekend. These players are entered into club competitions and do play at venues packed by parents, family and friends of the players. Your business will have the opportunity to be exposed to many people throughout our local area.

Club Supporter

$300 Yearly fee.
  • Business Logo featured on our website as a Club Supporter.
  • Company Logo displayed on benches (width 30cm).
  • Promotion of your business within the club and at any club events.
The Club Supporter Package will enable your business to access a good amount of exposure. The Club is involved in club competitions in the local area. Your business will have the opportunity to be exposed to many people throughout our local area.

1 – Media releases, media articles – including newspapers, radio, television, printed publications and/or educational materials relevant to Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC,
2 – Electronic publications and communications such as Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC or affiliated  social media pages  and websites,
3 – I agree that my or my child’s name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s),
4 – I authorise the use of these images without compensation to me.

In the running of a typical Brisbane Central Futsal/Fire FC event, the following forms of harm are most likely to occur:
1. A player running and tripping, causing physical harm.
2. A player getting hit by a ball, causing injury.

Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC has appointed nominated persons (Maria Contoudios, Efraim Ferdinand) to handle incidents involving children and young people.  All incidents (actual or perceived) are to be reported directly to the nominated person either verbally or in writing and the nominated person must ensure the confidentiality of the complainant and other parties (e.g. child or young person and the alleged perpetrator).

The nominated person will evaluate the incident and respond with one or more of the following actions:
• Make changes to a service or activity and allow it to proceed or suspend or permanently stop it.
• Remove or replace the volunteers or employees who are providing or conducting the service or activity, subject to further investigation.
• Facilitate appropriate medical, counselling or other assistance to children and young people.
• Report the matter to relevant statutory or regulatory authority such as the Department of Child Safety or the Queensland Police Service. 
• The nominated person will record incidents reported to him/her, the action taken and other relevant details in the Incident Register (the Incident Register will be kept securely on the premises and only able to be accessed by authorised personnel).

Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC will notify the parents/guardians of the children and young people about the incident if it is a major incident only (any minor injury or fall will be dealt with by the coach or relevant staff). Parents will be notified during pick up and where practicable, extend to them the appropriate level of support. Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC will act fairly and reasonably towards all parties involved and will cooperate with relevant statutory or regulatory authorities in the event of an investigation. Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC will put in place mechanisms such as an active monitoring program (in addition to implementing corrective measures) to ensure the incident does not reoccur.

I wish to register myself/my child in the Fire FC School Program herein after referred to as the “Program”). I hereby:

– Understand that there are potential and unforeseeable risks that may be associated with the program, which may result in injury whilst participating.   

 – Understanding the potential risks associated with the program, I agree to indemnify, release and discharge the Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC and/or partners from all liability for any injury, loss, damage or costs/expenses caused, arising or incurred through my child’s participation.   

 – Acknowledge that Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC & its staff/volunteers will take all reasonable care during the course of the program & I will not hold them responsible for any damage/loss to property and/or accidents. 

 – Authorise Brisbane Central Futsal/ Fire FC and its employees/volunteers to act on my behalf should I/my child require medical attention during the course of the program and indemnify them from any legal action in the cause of rendering myself/my child the assistant.

–  Confirm to the best of my knowledge that I/my child does not suffer from any medical condition other than those listed above.
